In line with its social responsibility and its constant commitment to supporting youth and its tireless efforts to establish the values of social solidarity, the bank sponsored the charity Iftar organized by the American Community School (ACS) - Amman during the holy month to support underprivileged students and students with special needs and support student sustainability projects.
The school welcomed around 300 people to its dedicated Iftar hall, including school students and 100 students from the Collateral Repair Project and Badwa Center, in addition to a team of bank employees who interacted with the students and shared with them the atmosphere of joy and fun and provided them with practical advice and urged them to participate actively in building the community, and they presented gifts to them on behalf of the bank.
The evening was filled with a wonderful variety of food, an immersive and informative Ramadan musical play, and musical performances by the school’s students. The event also included a fundraising segment, the proceeds of which will go to support the school's student sustainability projects.
At the end of the ceremony, the school administration thanked Jordan Commercial Bank for its sponsorship and support of this initiative, and praised its employees who were present at the ceremony, which reflected an atmosphere of fun among the students and contributed to strengthening the spirit of giving, sharing, appreciation, and communication with local institutions from various sectors.
